LOCATION: NORTH LONDON

SALARY: Up to 20,000 – DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Latin American specialist to join a tailor-made tour operator with the opportunity to progress your career and build new skills and knowledge.

The successful Latin American specialist will create and design tailor-made holidays, handle customer service queries, confirm bookings, liaise with suppliers in Latin America and ensure each booking runs smoothly to ensure repeat custom.

You will be joining a fantastic and expanding company who offer tours, tailor-made holidays and cruises to their exciting destination.

Latin American Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell tailor-made Latin American holidays and tours over the phone.
- Answering customer questions and promoting products.
- Delivering a high level of customer service.
- Liaise with supplier and agent overseas.
- Ensure each booking is loaded into the system.
- Follow up each enquiry.
- General administrative duties.

Latin American Experience:

- Must have tailor-made experience selling Latin America in a reservation environment.
- Must have sold and travelled to Latin America.
- Experience in Liaising with agents overseas.
- Enthusiastic, self motivated, numerate individual.
- Very well organised and able to work on your own.
